While the number of shareholders increased dramatically during the pandemic phase, from 350,000 to 500,000 individual shareholders, it was also accompanied by a new challenge linked to the rejuvenation of individual shareholders and their increasing feminization.

Approach

New motivations, new uses, new expectations of a population that is very sensitive to educational efforts and more demanding in terms of communication. Benefiting from access to a multi-year and multi-channel system to support TotalEnergies shareholders at each stage of their journey. From the annual guide to the quarterly newspaper, including the Shareholders' Circle, a service-based and complementary ecosystem has been designed, as close as possible to the needs of this new audience.
