Paris Workplace by SFL

The Paris WorkPlace survey has been gauging employee perceptions of their working environment since 2014. A benchmark for the real estate sector, the survey is conducted by French property developer SFL in partnership with French polling institute IFOP, and explores the practices, expectations and overall satisfaction of employees based in Paris and the surrounding area. The latest survey looks at interactions at work and the growing phenomenon of isolation and how it impacts performance. “Let’s Talk.”

A creative concept focused on dialogue and interaction in a hyper-connected business world that paradoxically can lead to isolation.

«  “Today, 59% of employees say they feel isolated at work, with 26% saying that they often feel isolated.” »
